We are looking for an experienced French‑speaking Sr. Retail Vendor Manager to join a fast‑growing, multicultural retail partnerships team. This role offers the opportunity to build sustainable success for vendors while enabling them to reach more customers in the French‑speaking market.
As a trusted partner, you will provide strategic guidance, process improvements, and self‑service solutions to help vendors grow their business. You’ll work cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to streamline systems, automate workflows, and introduce innovative solutions that benefit both customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of vendors in the French‑speaking market.
- Provide consultancy and strategic advice to improve sales, operations, and visibility.
- Conduct analysis to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to introduce automation and improve efficiency.
- Lead impactful projects and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.

Requirements
- Fluent in French (C1+) and English (C1+).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 4+ years in client‑facing account management, vendor management, or retail partnerships.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work with data and digital tools.
