Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with Senior Rewards expert who can lead a high-impact reward function in a large organisation in Dublin city for an 18 month contract. The role will support in driving the reward strategy, manage annual compensation cycles, and deliver strategic projects across Ireland.
Role and responsibilities will include:
- Own annual pay and bonus reviews, share schemes, and market benchmarking
- Shape remuneration structures post-restructure or acquisition
- Advise senior stakeholders and HRBPs on reward solutions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency II, Pay Transparency Directive)
- Lead a team and influence at executive level
Skills and experience required:
- Extensive experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits in large organizations
- Proven track record in annual reward cycles and market analysis
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to re-engineer processes and leverage technology
- Degree or CIPD desirable
