Our clients is a well established coffee business and we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to support their continued growth. This is a hands-on sales role with additional responsibility and visibility, suited to someone who enjoys selling, managing key accounts, and contributing to the wider sales function. For the right candidate, there is scope over time to take on greater responsibility within the sales team.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will focus primarily on generating and managing sales while also contributing to sales planning, account development, and team collaboration. You will work closely with management on sales activity, campaigns, and customer strategy, while remaining strongly involved in day-to-day selling.
This role offers the opportunity to develop broader commercial and leadership skills as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key client accounts
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
- Negotiate the sale, rental, or lease of our client equipment and products
- Follow up inbound leads and proactively develop new opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prospect records on the company database
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and billing information
- Coordinate equipment installations and customer staff training
- Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the sales and after-sales process
- Collaborate with management on sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches
- Provide informal support and knowledge-sharing within the sales team as required
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- High level of organisation, accountability, and self-motivation
- Comfortable with face-to-face selling and relationship management
- Interest in developing skills beyond core sales over time
- Full driver’s licence
