We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Residential Social Care Manager to oversee two residential services supporting young people in Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
About the Role
As the Residential Social Care Manager, you will lead and support the teams across both services, ensuring high-quality care, compliance with HIQA standards, and a strong, values-based culture. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of young people.
Requirements:
- QQI Level 7 BA in Applied Social Studies, Social Care, or equivalent
- Management qualification in Health/Social Care or currently working towards one
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management position
- Strong ability to make informed decisions based on legislation, best practice, and individual needs
- Excellent assessment, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive understanding of HIQA regulations, standards, and relevant legislation
- Experience in both strategic and local change management
- Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
