Social Media Manager
Cpl Marketing are recruiting for an experienced Social Media Manager for an Irish Beauty and cosmetics brand on a permanent contract in Meath. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of their social media strategies across all platforms. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, drive brand awareness, and foster meaningful relationships with their online community.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brands vision and objectives, ensuring content is tailored for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube).
· Manage all social media platforms, overseeing content creation, curation, and scheduling to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
· Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and internal teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.
· Produce high-quality content, including photography, video, blog posts, and social media captions, to showcase products and promote brand storytelling.
· Identify and nurture relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry experts to drive brand awareness and increase user-generated content (UGC).
· Monitor, report, and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
· Ensure that the brand’s online presence remains innovative and aligned with the latest industry trends and platform updates.
· Lead community management efforts, engaging with followers, responding to queries, and building positive relationships across all social channels.
About you:
· Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably within the beauty and cosmetics industry.
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience using social media management and analytics tools.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and creativity.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in content creation software (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, InShot) and familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
· Passionate about beauty and cosmetics, with a deep understanding of industry trends and consumer behaviour.
· Strong organisational and project management skills
