About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the end-to-end social presence of a well-known FMCG brand across Ireland and the UK. This is a high-impact role owning social strategy and execution, creating culturally relevant, scroll-stopping content that builds brand affinity and drives measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage all social media channels, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Lead social strategy across content planning, calendars, execution, and budget management
- Develop and manage influencer and creator partnerships to amplify brand reach
- Drive day-to-day community management and consumer engagement
- Ensure all content is on-brand, high-quality, and culturally relevant
- Collaborate closely with internal brand teams and external agency partners
- Use analytics, insights, and social listening tools to optimise performance and report on results
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media management
- FMCG/CPG or agency experience managing scaled brand accounts (essential)
- Deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and evolving content formats
- Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
- A creative, digital-first mindset grounded in data and performance
