Shop Manager
Flexsource NI part of Cpl jobs, are recruiting for a Permanent Store Manager in Omagh town for a well known charity store.
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the district area manager you will be a key role in the retail team, the shop manager will be responsible for the effective day to day running and management of the shop. Over seeing product pricing, managing budgets, maintain statistical and financial records and be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising a team of volunteers.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone to extend their experience to a really valuable charity and to enhance their customer experience to this store.
Experience required
We would like to see candidates with previous experience within retail management to include
Budgets and sales analysis
Strong commercial ability and product knowledge
Visual merchandising and excellent customer service skills.
Hours of work:
5 days per week. Monday – Saturday (some flexibility may be given)
Salary £23,796 with OTE £25,296 + 31 days holidays per year, 9% pension, Private Medical cover, enhanced sick leave, enhanced maternity pay.
