Student Recruitment Officer
About the role:
Permanent Full-time, hybrid work between Sandyford location/remote.
Very flexible with remote work for the right candidate.
The role involves recruiting students for post-graduate courses for the Healthcare, likely mature professionals, not undergrads.
Not target orientated but a definite sales focus. Building relationships with prospective students. Maintaining relationships and supporting students after recruitment through to enrolment.
70% phone based communications.
Managing CRM systems.
Ideal Candidate:
· Experience in sales, used to selling high-end product for large companies, dealing with big investments, delivering results. Although, the role is not target orientated and no KPI agenda to be met, the successful candidate will need to be a very confident communicator, persuasive and strong at building relationships.
· International sales experience would be a plus, as the recruitment will extend to our international student pool.
· Ideally a background in healthcare or the higher education sector.
· Administrative experience, managing high volumes of calls/video conferences & emails.
· Good initiative, ability to work individually.
