In partnership with its client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager in Craigavon.
The Supply Chain Manager will manage a 24/7 Supply Chain operation to maximise use of all resources for optimum contribution. As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the Supply Chain Manager will be accountable for delivering supply chain strategy.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the site intake, despatch and stores teams with clear objectives
- Work with the Site Management Team in evaluating capacity models and scenarios to maximise customer satisfaction and factory contributions.
- Oversee and manage the relationship, systems and transparency of data relating to stock; WIP, finished, offsite.
- Ensure a structured approach to OPEX is in place across the Supply Chain Departments
- Ensure an improvement action plan is in place across the Supply Chain Departments and that these are tracked accordingly
- Ensure supply chain plans of action are up to date and live.
- Procurement of all raw materials and packaging to meet the demands of production.
- Ensure the smooth transportation of all goods in and out.
- Evaluate, utilise, deploy and embed a range of continuous improvement and lean techniques across the Supply Chain Departments to deliver best in class supply chain excellence which can be measured through improved financial performance, KPIs and these should be in line with Profit Improvement Plans
- Ensure the Supply Chain function delivers on KPIs
- Liaise with all internal and external customers as required to ensure business development and the maintenance of good customer relations.
- Work with Technical, Production Management and customers to ensure correct product mix/SKUs
Essential Criteria
- Proven senior management and leadership experience within a Supply Chain environment within the FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Capacity Planning/Modelling
- Commercial awareness
- Influencing / Negotiating skills
- Line management experience
- Computer literate
Desirable Criteria
· Financial acumen
· Experience in a multi product environment
