CPL are continuing to work closely with one of the most influential food processing companies across the globe as they continue their exciting growth plans across Europe and specifically within Northern Ireland.
I am currently recruiting for a Operations Supply Chain Manager on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be joining a senior team to be based in Craigavon, Co. Armagh.

Roles & Responsibilities;
You will be accountable for leading their area of responsibility to achieve the performance of the Supply Chain and factory ensuring operational effectiveness is maximised. To ensure Company & site KPI’s are met, high technical standards are maintained and to achieve quality standards through the development of people, processes and systems.
What we are looking for;
Proven management and leadership experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment.
Previous experience of working within a Supply Chain, Despatch or Stores Environment
Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems
Proven people management experience i.e. managing a team through effective use of performance reviews, coaching, training and disciplinary procedures as required.
