Cpl are currently looking to recruit a Service & Operations Specialist to join their clients EMEA team in Cork City. We are looking to speak with people who have an interest in Training, Customer Success and Client Support
Reason to Apply:

· Salary (€35-€40,000) with bi-annual performance reviews and private healthcare (VHI)
· Hybrid working model. Mon and Friday are WFH days
What you will be doing?
· Manage all day-to-day service queries via call and email (including proactive escalations) and queries related to sales, onboarding, payment processing, calendar integrations, system functionality etc.
· Manage any ad hoc tasks (if applicable) such as profile verification, migrations, chargebacks, voicemails and daily handover with overseas team.
· Review and analyse service reports with your manager to ensure customer service is remarkable.
· Suggest Process improvement and optimisation ideas to a global best practice level.
The successful person:
· Previous experience in a direct client service role which deals with complex applications or analytical tasks – eg.. You have a flair for Software or CRMs
· Exceptional verbal and written skills
· Technically competent and capable of using own initiative
· Experience in a fast paced, highly progressive environment
· Strong logic capabilities with the ability to predict client queries before they ask them
· Interest in progressing and developing
