The Role

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of account managers
- Own team KPIs and ensure revenue targets and deliverables are exceeded.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-tier talent for agency account management roles.
- Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented culture with a focus on sales excellence and customer impact.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.
What do you Bring
- Proven experience in a team leadership role within digital sales or account management.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing and agency landscape.
- A strong track record of leading sales/account teams to exceed revenue goals.
- Proficiency in French and English—both written and spoken.
- Experience in hiring and growing high-performance teams.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
