A leading medical care company are hiring a Technical Operations Engineer. You will join a team of 5 responsible for providing support to over 3000 users. Your role will be a mix of operations support and project work, and you will receive training on latest cloud and on prem technologies.
The Role
The TechOps Engineer will be an integral part of the Group IT Team and will have primary responsibility for managing and maintaining Windows and Active Directory systems across the Group. Experience in patch management, software deployment and installation image management through SCCM, InTune, Auto Patch is essential. Experience managing Entra ID and Azure extremely desirable.
Key Responsibilities / Outcomes
- Carrying out security remediations and best practice recommendations.
- Active Directory/Azure Active Directory maintenance and monitoring
- Performing system and application patching
- Assist with deploying new & maintaining existing IT infrastructure, VMware & Hyper-V experience a distinct advantage
- Documenting new & existing IT Infrastructure architecture
- Documenting new & and updating existing Process and Procedure documentation
- Deploy new applications and updates via Intune
- Device Management using Intune
- Deploy server and laptop images, hardened against security standards
