Role
Technical Training Role is about improving and centralising the process of registering and tracking new hires. You'll help streamline tasks and make onboarding more efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the registration and attendance tracking for new hires
Support onboarding events and programs
Work with different teams to improve onboarding processes
Help organise and manage event materials and logistics
Assist with communications related to onboarding
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with spreadsheet tools like Excel or Google Sheets
Ability to enter and format data, use formulas, and create reports
Good presentation and communication skills
Strong organisational and planning abilities
Experience in program or project management is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn and apply new technologies
Experience with tools like Reports and Dashboards is preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Study Smarter Talents
This role requires employees to be in the office 3-4 days a week in Dublin City
