Job Description:
Flexsource are currently recruiting for a Transport Office Administrator to join our client – a well-established company providing pharmacy services to nursing homes across the Leinster region.
This role will suit a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics and administrative environment. You’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth transport coordination, efficient communication, and accurate record-keeping across daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and reply to emails, or pass them on to the right person.
- Keep files organised - both paper and electronic.
- Help with scanning, photocopying, and preparing documents.
- Support the team with data entry and updating records.
- Answer phone calls and messages in a friendly and professional way.
- Order office supplies and make sure everything is well stocked.
- Give general admin support to the Manager and other team members when needed.
- Ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work on your own.
- Friendly team player with a positive attitude.
- Minimum of Leaving Certificate (or equivalent).
Hours:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday.
- (Training provided on-site.)
Pay:
- €16 per hour
