Cpl's Q1 Employment Monitor found that a whopping third of Irish companies are ignoring their online reputations and not monitoring what is being said about them online. 45% of those who do perform online monitoring said they encouraged positive reviews to drown out any negative posts.The report had other interesting findings on the Irish Employment Market, including:

  • 80% of Irish staff do not take their full holiday entitlement
  • 60% of employers say new paternity leave measures aren't good enough
  • Employers believe the market is shifting in favour of jobseekers
  • Email has been deemed the biggest workplace distraction
