Covalen provides people-centric outsourcing, managed solutions and advisory services built on their ability to attract, manage, retain and develop the best talent available.
Covalen staff numbers have already reached 2261 people who are split evenly between tech, content moderation and financial (banking and insurance) industries. These key client areas are continuously growing and Covalen plans to double their staff numbers over the next three years.
The Covalen approach is 'Performance Magic'. The idea is to create a new way of staff management, covering all bases for clients and delivering the best in class employee experience for outsourced teams.
Covalen's Launch Event with Matt Watkinson
To announce the launch, Covalen hosted an industry event on Wednesday the 2nd of October in Dublin's Fallon & Byrne. The event involved a keynote by globally recognised thought leader in Customer/Employee Experience, Matt Watkinson and author of The Ten Principles Behind Great Customer Experiences and The Grid.
