What We Did
The Cpl Institute was one of the largest contractors involved in the SOLAS Momentum Programme, a collaborative programme seeking to address the reskilling and provision of work opportunities for the Long Term Unemployed in Ireland.
How We Did It
The Cpl Institute designed appropriate programmes in collaboration with the client. We have now secured more than 525 people jobs with our host companies on a payment for results basis.
This success demonstrated our ability to truly understand a complex and challenging demographic, in addition to delivering to industry, skills and the quality of training provision needed in order to achieve success.
