Cpl has an urgent requirement for an Administration Officer to provide clerical support in a busy clinical setting in Waterford. This is a 2-3 month initial contract.
- 35 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- Hourly pay rate: €19.57
What you will be doing:
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Inputting data into the database
- Liaising with other departments obtaining files as required
- Handling phone calls coming into the department
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheets of activities
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
What you will have:
- At least 6 months of professional administration experience in a Finance/Accounts department
- Medical dictation highly desirable
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Tech/Systems Savy - experience working with a lot of systems
