Our Client, an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a temporary Full-Time contract for 6 months.
Role Summary:
· Provide comprehensive and professional administrative support to the SmartShape management team, including procurement and supplier-related financial administration, with regular use of the Agresso system. Coordinate HR administrative tasks through liaison with the educational institution’s HR and Research Accounts Office, as required.
· Prepare, organise, and manage information and reports for both internal and external meetings, ensuring effective workload management and adherence to key deadlines.
· Prioritise and manage assigned tasks, balancing competing demands to deliver high-quality work within set timeframes, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
· Contribute to project activities as needed and carry out additional duties as assigned by line management.
Role Requirements:
· Pass in 5 subjects at Leaving Certificate level (or equivalent) or a recognised post Leaving Certificate administrative/office technology qualification
· Satisfactory relevant employment experience which demonstrates a high level of administrative support in a demanding office environment
· Excellent IT skills with proficiency in M/S Office suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good numeracy skills, and ability to analyse data with a strong attention to detail
Skill Required:
· Experience using various IT systems such as Agresso or similar financial management IT system.
· Knowledge of Procurement policies within the public service institutions
· Demonstrate ability to work in line with relevant policies and procedures and regulations.
