Administrative Support-ICT Team

We’re looking for a detail-focused and tech-savvy administrator to join our ICT Team on a short-term(5-6 month) contract based in Oranmore, where no two days are the same and your work directly supports digital transformation and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be the operational backbone of the ICT Team, supporting systems, processes, and people. Your daily work will include:
- Managing and tracking budgets, contract costs, and procurement processes
- Preparing reports and providing administrative support across multiple ICT projects
- Navigating public sector procedures, including Circular 14/21 compliance
- Coordinating and supporting meetings — from scheduling to follow-ups
- Handling document and content management, especially through SharePoint
- Contributing to the smooth delivery of procurement and financial workflows
What You Bring:
- Proven experience supporting budgets, procurement, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel, SharePoint, and Teams
- Confident managing documents and processes in structured environments
- Experience working with public sector procurement and Circular 14/21 (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
