We are currently seeking an Operations & Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly office team in Dublin 2.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and a genuine passion for delivering first-class customer service.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, handling customer queries, processing orders, and providing administrative assistance to the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be confident engaging with customers via phone and email, and will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
All other in-house systems training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via phone and email
- Process and package gift voucher orders accurately using the internal voucher system (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders for post, email, or collection
- Follow agreed customer service procedures and uphold service standards
- Escalate any complaints to the Operations Manager where necessary
- Provide clear, accurate product and service information to customers
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Attend trade and consumer shows to represent the brand
- Support general office tasks such as handling post, deliveries, and stock orders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to follow and interpret training instructions accurately
Additional Information
- This is a fully office-based role in Dublin 2 — remote working is not available
- Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday
