Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for a Business Coordinator to be responsible for Finance, Procurement, and Information Management.
Responsibilities:
With a full job description available upon request, you will:
· Support budget preparation, monitoring, variance analysis, and financial control of departmental and external funding in line with council regulations.
· Provide advice on procurement practices, ensure compliance with purchasing policies, and support the tendering process to ensure value for money.
· Maintain and improve departmental information systems, records, and reporting processes while ensuring compliance with GDPR and FOI requirements.
· Produce performance data and financial reports, support quality audits, and contribute to risk management and compliance processes.
· Supervise and develop assigned staff, set objectives, identify training needs, and support change management initiatives.
· Advise senior managers, contribute to business planning, and represent the Finance/Procurement/Information Manager as needed.
Requirements:
· Posses a third level qualification in a relevant level qualification in a relevant finance or business related field.
· 2 years of experience in preparation of estimates and monitoring budgets
· Previous experience managing staff workloads and priorities
· Previous experience in managing and developing systems and processes to meet varying business needs
