Cpl has a requirement for a Clerical Officer-Grade iii to provide administration support to a Healthcare Team in Tralee, Kerry.
- 3 month contract initially
- 35 hours/week
- Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
- €16.93/hour
- Site-based role (no remote working)
What you will be doing:
- Managing administration and updating records
- Processing invoices and assisting creditors department
- Inputting patient information onto databases
- Coordinating appointments and providing administrative support to a clinical team
- Inputting and updating statistics on an Excel spreadsheet
- File preparation and uploading case files to the database
- Liaise with third parties and other parties
- Filing, scanning and general admin duties
What you will have:
- At least 12 months of professional administration experience
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization
