Our client, a Healthcare Body in Waterford has an immediate opening for a Clerical Officer Grade III to join their team for a 3 month temporary contract.
35 hours a week,mon-fri 9am-5pm
pay rate: €17.10 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Reviewing files
- Typing
- Inputting information to the database
- Reviewing files and updating the database accordingly
- Managing reception and phone lines
- Meet and greet
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of professional administrative experience
- Dictaphone typing experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
