We're looking for a Customer Relations Executive to join a well-established and trusted brand in the automotive industry. Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, you’ll be part of a friendly, fast-paced team focused on delivering excellent service and putting the customer first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for inbound customer queries via phone, email, and post
- Log and categorise all queries accurately to support reporting and service tracking
- Manage and resolve customer and dealer network queries in a timely and professional manner
- Take ownership of customer concerns and work to resolve them with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution
- Support the Customer Relations Manager with monthly reports and stakeholder updates
- Liaise with external partners to ensure a consistently high level of service
- Provide administrative support to the wider customer experience team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or complaints-handling role is essential
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage sensitive or challenging situations
- A customer-first mindset, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confident, resilient, and proactive with a 'can-do' approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); CRM system experience an advantage
- Experience in the motor industry is desirable but not essential
