My client, a leading car & van rental company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at Dublin Airport.
We are seeking the right candidate for a fun dynamic role that can build strong relationships with customers while adhering to company values.
This successful candidate will have this amazing opportunity to gain in-depth exposure to Branch Operations and be rewarded with a basic salary and uncapped commission.
This is a shift position working a scheduled roster, with early starts and working 5/7 days between 5am-1am on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create the optimal rental experience by maximising on sales and service opportunities for every customer.
- Assist in Que Management at Dublin Airport Terminals, and off-site location, to facilitate shorter wait times and a smooth customer experience
- Help backlogs at various pressure points across all departments
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations.
- Handle all customer needs with professionalism and confidence.
- Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Responsible for own health and safety and that of other work colleagues.
- Ad hoc duties in line with business needs
Experience and Skill
- Full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years an advantage
- Excellent phone handling / communication skills
- Experience in customer interactions in a fast paced environment is advantageous
- Strong IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and conscientious approach to work
- Driven, charismatic, and eager to learn in a fast paced, rewarding environment
