About the Role

Job Purpose:
To work as a key member of our Client’s Emerging Business team in attracting and securing high quality jobs and investments. Supporting the Global Team to deliver on investment targets. Supporting the Department Manager, Project Managers and Project Executives in a range of marketing & administrative functions.
Key Tasks:
· To provide a high quality and efficient administrative service to the Emerging Business Team (including diary management, events, logistics, marketing materials and CRM data).
· To work with Project Executives and Department Management to gather key metrics and data related to organisational performance and to ensure that such activities are performed.
· To help prepare for meetings for the Divisional Manager and the Department Manager by assembling briefing material as required from team members, booking meeting rooms, communicating with meeting attendees, and arranging catering as required.
· To help prepare high quality presentations and other marketing material.
· To assist the Division with day-to-day administration such as draft letters of support for clients requesting visas and green cards and other matters.

· To ensure that continuous learning and development is undertaken through informal and formal learning and participation in the Performance Management and Development Review Process.

Additional Requirements:
· In depth knowledge of Microsoft computer packages, proficiency and experience in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential together with the ability to use social media platforms.
· A third level qualification or currently working towards a higher education qualification is desirable.
· Ongoing flexibility and interest in career progression and development via opportunities, which may arise in offices in Ireland and Overseas; Aspects of this role will require travel and working outside of normal office hours.
· A full driving license is desirable.
Salary Scale:
€28,077 to €45,979 per annum contributory superannuation.
Rising by long service increments to €47,289 (after 3 years satisfactory service at the
maximum of the range) & €48,616 (after 6 years satisfactory service at the maximum
of the range)
