Hours: Monday to Thursday, 11-3pm, Friday 9-5:30pm

Salary Range: €15 per hour
Role Background & Purpose:
You will be working closely to support our Receptionist and Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of our busy head office. You will have the communication skills required to work in a fast paced and professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting Reception when required and covering breaks
• Answering the phones in a friendly professional manner, transferring calls, and taking messages
• Arranging and scanning incoming posts and emailing to correct department
• Forwarding CVs to relevant consultants
• Ordering couriers, using courier request form
• Meeting and greeting clients and candidates in a professional manner and notifying consultants and managers of their arrival
• Recording and issuing staff passes and visitor passes; deactivating passes as needed
• Making tea, coffee if required and ordering lunches when requested and bringing them to meeting rooms
• Setting up meeting rooms and boardroom with water and glasses and clearing when needed
• Ensuring both kitchens are fully stocked with milk, tea and coffee
• Ensuring reception is well presented and fully stocked, ordering supplies when needed
• Ordering supplies for cleaners when requested
• Supporting internal activity such as mailshots, databases, and recruitment campaigns when required
• Cross-checking deliveries against delivery notes, filing notes and notifying appropriate person
• Assisting the Lead Receptionist/Office Manager with ad hoc requests as needed
