My client is a seeking a part time operations assistant to join their busy team based in Dublin 15.
The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling or coordination of appointments, have excellent communication skills and have strong Microsoft Office experience.
This role will be 20 hours per week, 4 hours across 5 days (flexibility on start and end time). Unfortunately there is no option for 3 days in 2 days off. €16 p/h.

Responsibilities:
● Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner.
● Facilitate effective communication between different departments within the company.
● Assist in managing day-to-day operational tasks within the company.
● Coordinate and support operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
● Prepare and organise necessary safety/insurance documents related to services and operations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise operational processes and procedures.
● Work closely with colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to operational tasks and responsibilities.
● Provide administrative support to the maintenance manager, plan/schedule site visit appointments, schedule operatives daily tasks.
● Identify and address operational issues promptly to minimise disruptions and maintain service quality.
Person Specification:
● Strong operations management and analytical skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Customer service skills, including the ability to manage customer relationships
● Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
