PA / Accounts Assistant - Part Time

Our client, a Limerick city based high profile employer in the engineering services sector, have now engaged with us in CPL to recruit an experienced PA / Accounts Assistant to join their team. This role is a newly created permanent position working on a reduced hours basis of between approx. 20-32 hours per week that can be worked to suit both parties.
The Job:
As a key part of the Administration & Operations administration team you will work very closely with the Group CEO & will cover a wide range of PA & EA responsibilities & duties across the Limerick site. This will include duties such as supporting the CEO on their financial administrative needs, assisting on invoicing & banking requirements, resolving accounts queries, managing inbound & outbound correspondence, updating business files & records, scheduling meetings & travel, recording meeting minutes & other ad-hoc duties as required.
Your Skills/Experience that we need
- 3rd level qualified in a relevant discipline.
- 6-7+ years’ minimum relevant PA or EA experience ideally in a large corporate environment.
- Experienced gained in accounts & banking administration would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills.
- Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on duties in a discreet manner.
The Offer:
Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected up to approx. 45k pro-rata. The successful candidate can work between 20-32 hours per week but this can be balanced & adjusted to suit the needs of both parties.
Candidates holding restricted visas/work permits will not be considered.
