My Client in the Engineering industry is looking to hire an Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, 3-day week over (22.5 hours). This role is based in Dublin 11.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday on-site
Responsibilities:
- Handling calls and taking messages
- Working on reception, meeting and greeting visitors
- General clerical work, e.g. filing, photocopying, answering/making telephone calls, dealing with emails, reception desk duties, etc. under the supervision of a designated manager
- Scanning, filing, photocopying
- Email management and correspondence
- Providing the highest quality standards in customer service
What you will have:
- At least 6-months experience in a a clerical/administration or similar role highly desirable
- Calendar and Diary Management skills
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation skills and detail oriented
