Our client, a well-known Sciences Company located in Cork, has a requirement for a Programme Administrator to support their operations department with learning and development activities and management of their training programme.
· 12 month temporary contract
· Initially remote working
· 37.5 hours/week
What you will be doing:
· Review the 3-year Training Programme and get commitment from teams on timing for programmes
· Identify alternative learning solutions where original are not possible due to changing business needs/COVID restrictions
· Liaise with external providers to identify learning solutions
· Establish tracking mechanisms which are not burdensome for the end user utilizing the learning system
· Prepare and deliver communication plan
· Coordinate inputs from the learning system and finance
· Submit first grant claim
· Schedule and coordinate audits
· Implement changes based on feedback
· Provide administrative support to the Training Improvement Lead and other operations team members on general administration tasks and updating of documents on the electronic data management system
· Report activity against agreed measures and KPIs to support performance management within the operations team
· Manage LMS change requests
· Support training improvement projects
· Provide administrative support for management of training logistics and scheduling
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of high-level administration experience working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills along with proficiencies with Word and PowerPoint
· Comfortable collating, analysing and presenting large spreadsheets of data and creating charts
· Excellent communications skills. Comfortable communicating with internal departments and external stakeholders
