Flexsource NI is currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a temporary part-time basis, covering the Lisburn area, with a starting salary of £13.26 per hour
Thursday & Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will:
· Greet members of the public and clients, managing any general enquiries and provide high standards of customer service
· Provide administrative support to the department, including word processing and updating of databases
· Process all inbound mail and deliveries and issue to relevant personnel
· Key holder responsibility, opening and closing the premises
Requirements:
- At least one years previous experience in an reception and customer service based position
- At least 5 GCSE’s to include English and Maths
- Current Fire Warden Training would be desirable
