CPL are currently seeking a Part time Receptionist for an initial 3 month cover contract with their client based in Mahon, Cork.
- 3 months initially
- 8:00am to 5:30pm
- 2.5 days a week
- Fully onsite
- Immediate Requirement
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact, responsible for greeting visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, ensuring timely and accurate message taking.
- Follow security procedures, monitor logbooks and issue visitor badges.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area. and meeting rooms.
- Opening and closing of the building
- Offer admin support as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar admin/reception role
- Heavily dependable and responsible
- Highly proficient with MS Office - specifically Excel
- Systems savy
- Strong interpersonal skills
