My client in Dublin 12 is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join their team immediately, with the role running until March. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the construction sector who is ready to hit the ground running.
Key Details:
- Location: Dublin 12 (D12)
- Duration: Immediate start until March
- Pay: €17–€20 per hour DOE (€35-41k pro rata )
- Hours: 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday
- Sector: Construction (experience in this sector is highly desirable)
Role Overview: You’ll be supporting the sales and technical teams by managing sales information systems and providing a range of administrative services. The role also involves outbound sales and marketing activities to support the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting projects onto internal systems and ensuring data integrity
- Managing customer queries and compiling reports
- Supporting sales engineers with pipeline management and query resolution
- Producing quotations and handling technical enquiries
- Coordinating with sales, logistics, technical, and accounts teams
- Outbound sales and marketing activities
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales administration experience, ideally within the construction industry
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel and Word
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Customer-focused, flexible, and a team player
- Experience in a customer-facing role
