Training Administrator
Reports to: Training Manager and Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Training Administrator to join our dynamic Training Department. Reporting to the Training Manager and Team Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery and smooth running of the Specialist Training Programmes.
Key Responsibilities
Training Department Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Training Manager, Team Lead, and wider Training Department.
- Act as the first point of contact for queries related to the Specialist Training Programmes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the database and training systems.
- Prepare and draft a range of materials including letters, emails, surveys, and reports.
- Assist with the production of certificates, data entry and management, and general admin tasks as needed across the department.
General Administration
- Support the coordination of meetings, events, and training activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the Training Manager, Team Lead, or Chief Operations Officer
Essential Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume and variety of administrative tasks under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional interpersonal skills, particularly when dealing with doctors and other stakeholders, both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Experience working in an academic, healthcare, or medical training environment is highly desirable.
