Community & social impact
At Cpl, good business means more than results. It means looking after people, communities, and the planet every day.
Community
We show up for the communities around us. Our people volunteer, fundraise, and partner with charities across Ireland because it matters to them, and to us.
Environment
We are on the road to net zero by 2045. We track, report, and reduce our impact and hold ourselves accountable every year.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Everyone deserves to belong at work. We have built a culture where people can be themselves and we have the Gold Award from the Irish Centre for Diversity to prove it.
Responsible business
We operate with integrity by aligning to global standards, embedding ethical practices, and holding ourselves accountable to our people, clients, and communities in everything we do.

At Cpl, inclusion shows up in the work we do every day.
Every Cpl employee gets two paid volunteer days a year. Our people use them in all kinds of ways, from mentoring and skills sharing to community events and charity support.
EPIC
EPIC is Business in the Community Ireland's programme supporting 250 migrants, refugees and asylum seekers every year into employment. Our volunteers conduct one-to-one practice interviews online every six weeks. It takes 30 minutes. For many jobseekers, it changes everything.
Open Doors
Open Doors works with people who face real barriers to work, including refugees, people with disabilities, those from Traveller and Roma backgrounds, and the LGBTIQ+ community. Our volunteers offer CV reviews and mock interviews, giving each person individual, expert support.

In 2026, Cpl achieved ISO 14001:2015 certification, awarded by the National Standards Authority of Ireland. It is an internationally recognised standard for environmental management, and it applies across the entire Cpl Group.
The certification confirms that we have robust, independently verified processes in place to manage and reduce our environmental impact. It is not just an internal milestone. It strengthens our credentials with clients, partners, and stakeholders who expect responsible business practices as standard.
