She brings more than 20 years of experience across global talent solutions, with expertise in workforce solutions design, strategic growth enablement, organisation transformation and client partnership development across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and multiregional markets.
Before stepping into her current executive role, Áine served as Managing Director of Cpl's MSP & RPO division building deep expertise across service delivery, recruitment solutions, and strategic managed services.
As Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Áine works with organisations to develop workforce and operations solutions. Her focus spans Traditional Recruitment, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (Contingent workforce) programmes, Business Process Solutions (BPS/BPO), and Project Solutions. She has particular depth in helping clients determine the right managed services model for their organisation, whether consolidating supply chains, entering new markets, or transferring operational complexity to a trusted partner.
Áine is a trusted voice on the future of work and the role of AI in talent and business services. She is passionate about helping organisations harness technology without losing what matters most, the human relationships, judgement, and culture that drive lasting performance. Her approach brings together intelligent solutions and people-centred thinking to help clients build workforces that are resilient, agile, and ready for what comes next. She is a Council member for Dublin Chamber, sits on the UK & Ireland Talint Staffing advisory board and is a member of the Enterprise Advisory Group (EAG) to the MicroCreds/ Irish University association.
