Garret Roche is Global Managing Director – Cpl Managed Services at Cpl Group, based in Dublin. He has been with the business since 1995, bringing over 30 years of experience across talent solutions, workforce management, and strategic business leadership. His career has been defined by a consistent focus on building scalable talent models and delivering workforce solutions across a broad range of industries and international client environments.
Garret has held several senior leadership positions throughout his time at Cpl. He was part of the founding team that established the Cpl Solutions IT Contracting business in 1996 and later founded Flexsource Solutions in 2002, which grew to become one of the largest flexible workforce employers in Ireland.
As Group Managing Director – Cpl Managed Services, Garret is responsbile for Cpl's Business Process Solutions business and all of Cpl's MSP and RPO strategic workforce solutions. Garret's remit includes strategic growth, client partnership development, and the delivery of innovative workforce and recruitment solutions across multiple sectors and markets.
Garret is recognised for an entrepreneurial approach to leadership, combining strong commercial expertise with a long-standing commitment to building high-quality talent solutions. His track record of founding and scaling new business lines within Cpl reflects both his strategic ambition and his ability to identify and respond to emerging workforce needs.
