Lena manages onboarding processes for temporary and contract staff, oversees candidate and client contract administration, and serves as the primary point of contact for HR and payroll-related queries for temporary employees and contractors within the Tech Skills and Engineering & Science teams. She also supports clients with invoice enquiries, liaising closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of invoicing matters.
