She has built long-standing relationships with clients across technology and specialist markets, supporting both their immediate hiring needs and wider workforce objectives.

Natalie takes a consultative, relationship-led approach, working closely with clients to understand their businesses, identify opportunities and develop solutions that deliver long-term value.
