She has successfully partnered with organisations across the public sector, semi-state bodies, financial services, technology, telecommunications, and social media to design and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
Niamh leads and oversees the delivery of Recruitment Process Outsourcing, RPO, services for Cpl’s clients, predominately in the Technology & Public Sector, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives. She works closely with clients to manage evolving recruitment needs, providing strategic guidance and operational support.
She has extensive experience supporting newly established organisations in the Irish market, designing and implementing scalable recruitment functions from the ground up.
Known for her ability to optimise processes, Niamh leverages her expertise in implementing systems, procedures, and best practices to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. She has also ensured compliance with evolving Irish employment legislation across a range of client environments.
Niamh holds an MSc in Human Resource Management and a CIPD Award in Coaching & Consulting.
