Throughout her career, she has built deep expertise across the full range of HR disciplines, including talent development, organisational culture, wellbeing, and strategic people programmes across complex and evolving organisations.
As Chief People Officer, Sharon leads Cpl's people and culture strategy, overseeing employee engagement, organisational development, and HR operations across the business. Her focus spans building inclusive workplace cultures, embedding structured people programmes, and ensuring that the employee experience remains central to business performance and growth.
Sharon is a recognised voice on inclusion and the future of work, with a particular passion for moving organisations beyond good intentions to meaningful, measurable change. Her approach combines strategic rigour with genuine human connection, and she is known for the courage and openness she brings to topics that are often underdiscussed in leadership, including wellbeing, neurodiversity, and the lived experiences of employees at every level. Sharon is a Board member of Open Doors and Chair of the IBEC Pensions Working Group.
