Siobhan O'Shea, Director of Sales at Cpl Resources delivered a discussion on Monday, titled 'Feel the Fear and Do it Anyway'. Siobhan's top tips for embracing change include: being realistic, knowing your value and being open to compromise. Siobhan knows a little about embracing change - last year after 13 years in her prior company she joined Cpl taking on a new role in a newly formed team. 'I'm lucky that I do work somewhere that inspires me.'
On Tuesday, engaging workshops were the main area of focus. Cpl Legal Support consultant Vanessa McKay gave a workshop on the colour personality test and Cpl Office Support consultant, Siobhan Kelly ran a successful career clinic. Mary Mulchrone, also delivered an excellent workshop on stress management, sponsored by Cpl.
