Last night Cpl was thrilled to be recognised as the14th Best Large Workplace in Ireland 2018.This is the 4th year in a row we have been named as a top Irish workplace, and our highest ranking yet, based on the findings of an employee survey and a thorough assessment of our policies and practices by the Great Place to Work Institute.
Cpl were recognised at the annual Great Place to Work Best Workplaces in Ireland awards in the Clayton Hotel on Burlington Road, Dublin on Wednesday 21st February. Our amazing HR team along with a number of other Cpl employees were there on the night to collect the award, and our own Aine Brolly performed as part of Talent at Work.
In 2018,Great Place to Work� Irelandenters its sixteenth year of recognising great workplaces with the publication of their Best Workplaces in Ireland lists, and the number of workplaces who are realising the benefits of empowering their employees to flourish in a supportive high-trust culture continues to increase.
