James is Client Services Manager in the managed talent solutions division of Cpl's Talent Evolution Group. The CplTEG teams deliver full end-to-end RPO and MSP solutions to our clients across all sectors, predominantly the Technology, Life Sciences, Finance and Public Sectors.

James focuses on creating strategic, experience-led partnerships with our clients throughout their journey with Cpl, is committed to delivering on clients’ needs, and is passionate about creating a good customer experience, underpinned by a culture of high trust and positive energy. James has experience designing and delivering exciting projects in different locations all over the world and has worked with stakeholders across many different sectors. James worked in professional services before joining Cpl as Client Services Manager.
