Cpl is set to acquire German IT contracting company neusta consulting, pending final approvals. The IT contracting specialists are headquartered in Hamburg and operate in Berlin, Bremen, Cologne, Munich, Frankfurt, and Dresden. The deal, signed on June 22nd and subject to antitrust clearance, will see Cpl continue its ambitious expansion plans in Europe.

The company, neusta consulting, was founded in 2008 by Thorsten Prüser and will continue to be managed by Gudrun Müller (Managing Director) and Tim Grossmann (Managing Director) who have been with the business since inception. The company has 53 employees across its seven locations in Germany and its corporate headquarters will remain in Hamburg.
