This is an exciting position within the business that will encompass Social Media Management, Accounts Administration & overview of day-to-day office management:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- First point of contact for all walk-in’s and phone calls
- Updating the internal CRM system
- Dealing with customer queries on the phone and via e-mail regarding order shipments
- Basic accounts administration - inputting information into QuickBooks
- Setting up, maintaining and running social media accounts for the business
Ideal candidate
- 3yrs+ experience within a similar role
- QuickBooks experience is highly desirable
- Experience navigating and updating a variety of Social Media Platforms for business purposes
- A self-starter with excellent Ms Office Suite skills
- Enjoys working as part of a small team
