A client of mine is looking to recruit clerical officers who can commence full time work from early January. This position requires fluency in English and Ukrainian (desired)
You will be delivering comprehensive administrative support throughout the business.
Possessing an expertise in Excel, internal database management, excellent communication skills would be the top attributes for a successful candidate.
- €15.76 per hour
- 37 hours per week
- Starting in early January
- Managing a high volume of calls and emails.
- Management of internal databases.
- Communicating with external stakeholders and customers via phone and email.
- Booking accommodation and travel management
- Various ad hoc administrative work as required
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Ukrainian is desired
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience .
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate.
